As a Product Designer, my responsibilities included:


  • Gathering requirements
  • Researching related works and industry practices
  • Conducting competitor analysis to evaluate pros and cons
  • Creating the first draft of low fidelities and High Fidalities user Interface and interactive prototypes
  • Presenting design concepts to customers for validation


This project focused on engaging existing Bangchak customers with the application through gamification. Users could collect points and redeem them to water virtual trees, encouraging consistent app usage and fostering a stronger connection with sustainability goals.

1. Under stand & Define

Understand TOR → Review project brief/requirements to clarify problem and objectives.

2. Research&

Analyze

  • What we do and What Others Do? → Identify brand strengths and compare with existing market solutions.

  • Competitor Analysis → Research competitors to uncover gaps, opportunities, and best practices.

  • Explore Design Mood & Tone → Collect visual and UX references to set the right design direction.

3. Design&Prototype


  • Content Mapping & IA : Structure information and map user content for clarity and accessibility.

  • Brainstorm Feature & Game Mechanic : Ideate key features and gamification mechanics to drive engagement.

  • Solution Sketching Sketch flows and concepts to align stakeholders on potential solutions.

  • Create a Lo-fi Wireframe : Build low-fidelity wireframes to validate flows before refining.

  • Visual Design : Deliver polished, brand-aligned UI with a focus on usability and aesthetics.

  • Prototype : Develop interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder validation.
